Q-Line is a system that provides immense improvement in production quality and yield. The Q-Line system is used for cutting and trimming of high value products from beef. All by-products from the Q-Line trimming process are collected in trays, which gives complete batch control by automatic weighing.
The Q-Line systems work on basic information from slaughter classification, such as mass, age and fat content. The identification and traceability of each carcass and primal is used throughout the system to verify production yield and collect data.
The Q-Line comes in three different versions, optimized for the required type of production and product specification.
Each of the three types of trimming lines can be connected with different types of primal cutting, deboning and packing solutions.
